I’m Linzie

I am lucky enough to say I am doing my dream job. Growing up I pictured myself trekking through jungles and working for the National Geographic magazine. I went off to college when I left school and spent 4 years studying photography.

But it wasn't until the birth of my second child that I set up my business and have never looked back. That was in 2012 and it has been the most incredible journey to get me to here today.

I had my business in Glasgow, Scotland, in 2012 - 2014. We then moved to Sydney in November 2014, and in 2017, we moved to the Sunshine Coast. We have completely fallen in love with this area, bought a home, and feel very settled here.

Every day I wake up and feel so lucky to call this home.

I am a wife, a mother to Daisy & Oscar, and a mother to my fur kids: one cat & three dogs. We spend a lot of time outdoors, at the beach, in our garden, and exploring. We live together for our holidays and weekends. We are a close family, and I am really proud of it.

Meet John

Studio Manager

John is the husband and organiser of Linzie. He is the one who processes all your orders in the shop, does the admin, follows up with all the lovely clients and keeps Linzie organised and stress free.

John really knows the business and is part of the reason Linzie has been able to run such a successful business for the past 12 years. Married to Linzie for 17 years, it made sense to bring him on board to assist in the day to day running of the business.

Tina is a 3-year-old Pomeranian. She is the boss and keeps the boys in check! She loves to bark, catch flies, and hide if she thinks she might have to go for a walk. She is also very demanding when she wants a tickle!

Iggy - 2.5 year old Cavoodle - a gentle soul, timid but friendly, loves his treats, walks and his toys. Will only growl if Alfie tries to steal his toys or dinner (fair enough)

Alfie - 6-month-old Havanese - eats like he might never see food again, loves to steal toys from Iggy and is everyone’s friend. Very cuddly and can almost jump onto the kitchen bench!

Early 2023, we created a space specifically for my photography. With beautiful creams and whites, luxurious furnishings, stunning bathroom and kitchen. You will feel right at home sitting in my cosy studio, with a selection of snacks and drinks to keep your energy up, well needed after a night of feeding and settling.
